ADVOCATE…

I FOCUS ON MEETING THE NEEDS OF EACH STUDENT WHERE THEY ARE AT AND CREATING AN EQUITABLE LEARNING EXPERIENCE. I WANT EACH STUDENT TO FEEL REPRESENTED AND VALUED IN MY CLASSROOM. I WILL ALWAYS AIM TO PROVIDE A WELL ROUNDED EDUCATION THAT HELPS PREPARE STUDENTS FOR BRIGHT FUTURES.

EDUCATE…

In order to meet each student where they are at personally, I will regularly assess and track student progress in different areas. By having data on current understanding, I can make better informed decisions about instructions that are tailored to each student.

Assessments do not just mean formal tests! Assessment can be as informal as classwork, or as interactive as a whole project!
